First shipment from our store
If the total purchase amount of your order is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, we will ship your order free of charge nationwide.
If you would like the pants hemmed at this point, please specify this when placing your order.
Second shipment from our store (if you wish to exchange or hem the item)
If the size doesn't fit, we can exchange it for you immediately if we have the size you want in stock.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected arrival date and ask you to wait.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the item to us at your own expense. Once the item arrives at our store, we will send you the replacement item at our expense. If you would like to have the item hemmed, we recommend that you do so at the same time as the size exchange.

Please note that if you need to exchange the size or hem the pants again, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
