*Depending on the condition of your jeans, such as severe damage, we may not be able to repair them.
Before requesting repairs
1. Prepare your "CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE"
Please prepare the "CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE" that was included with your purchase. Please note that if you lose or forget it, you will be charged for any repairs that were free of charge.
2. Wash the jeans you want to repair.
- Please wash your jeans and bring them back completely dry in their "washed" state.
- Washing with water is also fine.
- Please make sure to wash the fabric to straighten it before ordering.
- Unwashed jeans can damage your sewing machine or produce poor results.
- For hygiene reasons, we may decline your request if we determine that you are wearing a mask.
- We may decline your request if you use strong-smelling detergents or fabric softeners, as this may cause odors to transfer to the repair shop.
3. Items to be sent together

- A note detailing the repairs (please provide as much detail as possible)
- Return address and contact details
4. Shipping Fees
All charges must be borne by the customer.
Please send it to us with postage paid by the customer.
Once repairs are complete, we will return the product to you as follows:
Free repairs
Shipping fee cash on delivery
*Actual shipping costs will be charged from Okayama Prefecture to your area.
Paid repairs
[Repair cost] + [Shipping fee 770 yen] + [COD fee] will be charged for COD shipping.

Repair delivery time
Delivery times are subject to change, so please check in advance.
Please note that regardless of the type of repair, from minor repairs such as re-sewing a broken stitch to major repairs such as holes or tears, we will carry out the work in the order in which requests are received.
