Necessary expenses other than the product

In case of cash on delivery
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

*COD is not available for orders totaling more than 300,000 yen (tax included).

■Shipping Fee
Flat rate of 770 yen. However, if the purchase amount is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
About delivery of products

Products are only sold and delivered within Japan.
For products that are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order and payment or receipt of payment have been confirmed.
Products that include hemming will take an extra business day, and products ordered from the store may take longer than usual to be shipped.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
However, there may be delays depending on the delivery area, natural disasters, traffic conditions, etc.
There are also some areas where we cannot deliver.

Returns and Exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
