about the order
Is return or exchange possible?
We will only accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. However, this is only possible if the following conditions are met:
- Products that have only been tried on and are unwashed with no signs of wear, dirt or scratches - Products that have not been hemmed - Products that are defective
*Please note that products that have been hemmed cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product being different from what you expected or if you made a mistake in your order.
*As a general rule, returns are not accepted except in cases where the product you ordered is different from the one you received, or the product is broken or damaged. For more information, please click here .
Can I cancel the product?
If your order is being prepared for shipment, we may be able to cancel it.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience if the item has already been shipped or if more than 7 days have passed since it was delivered.
Can you provide gift wrapping?
If you wish, we can provide gift wrapping for a fee.

Can you shorten the hem?
We offer a hemming service to those who request it.

*Please note that some items are not eligible for hemming.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been hemmed.
Can you repair the product?
With the exception of some products, we accept repairs for products under our "Lifetime Repair Service." For more information, please click here .
Can I no longer purchase products that are out of stock?
Even if an item is out of stock, we may be able to provide it in some cases.
Or, some items may be scheduled to be restocked.
Please contact us with the product number, size and color.
Regarding delivery
How long will it take to be delivered?
For products that are in stock, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after the order and payment or receipt of payment have been confirmed.
However, if we are busy with orders or if the product is ordered from the store, it may take some time to ship.
If you would like your pants hemmed at the same time, please allow an additional day.
Can I change the delivery address?
After your order has been confirmed, we may only be able to accommodate requests for items that have not yet been prepared for shipping.
If shipping arrangements have already been made, we may not be able to change the shipping address, so please double-check that there are no errors in your order before confirming it.
Can you ship overseas?
We do not ship overseas.
Please note that products can only be sold and delivered within Japan.
